We are Jierud

JieruD is a tribute to womanhood and particularly to Colombian women. The name 'Jieru' is drawn from the indigenous Wayuu language. This word translates to 'woman' in Spanish and serves as a symbol of reverence for the essential role women play in society. It highlights the strength and influence Colombian women bring to their communities and the nation at large. Just as the Wayuu culture is deeply ingrained in Colombia's heritage, so too are the contributions and resilience of Colombian women, who serve as spiritual guides, leaders, and sources of inspiration.
JieruD brings the magic of the Colombian land to life. From the designs, materials, packaging, and craftsmanship, it is a 100% women-led business. As a perfect symbol of womanhood, jewelry is just the beginning of an integrated, versatile, and modern brand.
Emeralds and gold serve as the means through which Paula Díaz reconnects with her maternal family's heritage. Paula’s family are from Muzo, Boyacá, the birthplace of the world's most beautiful emeralds. The jewelry line marks the beginning of her alignment with the Latin soul. Colombian magic can manifest itself in many ways, and JIERUD is one of them.

Together with her father, they design and use the highest quality stones to create unique and meaningful pieces.

Paula’s experiences have enabled her to set trends and showcase the versatility and strong work ethic of Colombian women wherever she goes. Her commitment to excellence and authenticity shines through in every JieruD creation, a narrative of timeless beauty and innate elegance
